Sam – Thanks ever so much for your help in selling our house at 341 McMillan’s Road Darwin in December. You sold our house in 5 days with 3 offers after we previously had it on the market for weeks considerable in our minds and not a single offer with another agent. Sam I don’t know how you did it but you did.

For a real estate agent you went overboard and what no one ever seems to remember is an offer is one thing but those inspections were another. Each time you were there working out the times and any points to be. When there were other points to be addressed again you were there to assist.

When I decided to place my property on the market I approached Sam and 2 other agents to provide me with an appraisal. Sam was very confident about the dollar figure he could achieve for the property and, added to this, his figure was several thousand dollars higher than all the other appraisals. Coupled with Sam’s "no sale - no fee" service I decided to list my property with him. One week later not only was the property sold but Sam achieved full asking price.

Sam worked extremely hard in selling my home from start to finish. Having purchased and sold through Sam before I knew what to expect. Alot of feedback, honesty, good or bad! Sam sold my house in a visibly difficult market, the attendee's kept coming but fewer and fewer could actually afford my home. Eventually he found people who seemed that they ticked all the box's. Finance, price and conditions....whoa did that change. At times it seemed surreal but both my conveyancer and the purchasers conveyancer assured me the settlement wouldn't have occured without Sams dilligent hardwork.

He found me accomodation when no one would help and the buyers had to move in. He helped me set up a new business and helped me secure contracts. He protected me from the usual drama's that occur when early possession occurs.
